As persons with deep knowledge and expertise, coaches, mentors, and facilitators provide guidance through workshops and one-on-one sessions. These sessions and the materials (documents and recordings) help the learners shape their becoming journeys. Scaffolding systems allow one to create scaffolds for regular practice and transfer of ideas from these sessions to everyday life situations.
